Any image, design and photograph by BRUCE TURNER PHOTOGRAPHY, LLC are and will remain the copyrighted intellectual property of BRUCE TURNER PHOTOGRAPHY, LLC. Your support and respect for the value of my work as an artist is appreciated. 

Only satisfying one of the following conditions permits use of any BRUCE TURNER PHOTOGRAPHY, LLC image, design or photograph for any purpose:

•  Completed transaction for a digital and/or print purchase under the appropriate license described below.

•  Any exceptions to these terms for any reason require explicit permission from BRUCE TURNER PHOTOGRAPHY, LLC.

Personal License

This license applies to any digital and print purchase. Buying a personal license for digital and print and then using it for commercial purposes as defined below is not permitted.

BRUCE TURNER PHOTOGRAPHY, LLC grants the buyer a non-exclusive perpetual personal-use license to download, share and print any image, design and photograph by BRUCE TURNER PHOTOGRAPHY, LLC subject to the following restrictions:

•  This license is for personal use only.

Personal use means non-commercial use of the image, design and photograph for display on personal websites and computers, or making prints for personal use.

•  Any image, design and photograph may not be used in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration.

•  Any image, design and photograph may not be used in advertising.

•  Any image, design and photograph may not be resold, re-licensed, or sub-licensed.

•  Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the image, design and photograph remain exclusively with BRUCE TURNER PHOTOGRAPHY, LLC.

Commercial License

BRUCE TURNER PHOTOGRAPHY, LLC grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use this image, design and photograph for permitted commercial purposes, defined as:

•  Advertising, promotion, brochures, packaging

•  As part of a commercial website for promotional purposes use

•  Prints, posters, flyers, tear sheets for promotional purposes (not for resale)

•  Prints, posters, or other commercial display of image

•  Magazines, books, newspapers, other printed publications

•  Video, broadcast, theatrical

What you may not do:

•  Buyer may not resell, relicense, redistribute without express written permission from BRUCE TURNER PHOTOGRAPHY, LLC.

•  Use as a derivative work, and reselling or redistributing such derivative work is prohibited. Any image, design and photograph may not be used in a pornographic, obscene, illegal, immoral, libelous or defamatory manner.

•  Any image, design and photograph may not be incorporated into trademarks, logos, or service marks. Any image, design and photograph may not be made available for download.

BRUCE TURNER PHOTOGRAPHY, LLC retains all rights, license, copyright, title and ownership of any image, design and photograph. There is no warranty, express or implied, with the purchase of any image, design and photograph. BRUCE TURNER PHOTOGRAPHY, LLC will not be liable for any claims, or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license or buyer’s use of any image, design and photograph.

TERMS &CONDITIONS

Please take a look at our website for more details. Terms and Conditions: 50% Deposit is required to confirm a booking. Dates are booked on a first come, first served basis. The balance of the payment is due on the day of the shoot. All deposits are nonrefundable. Deposits will be forfeited for any photoshoot cancelled less than 48 hours in advance. No work will be done on images until payment has been received in full. BRUCE TURNER PHOTOGRAPHY, LLC retains the copyrights to all images that we photograph or create. By booking a photoshoot with BRUCE TURNER PHOTOGRAPHY, LLC, you acknowledge our rights in and to the images and to the extent necessary; therefore, you hereby assign, cede, transfer and make over to BRUCE TURNER PHOTOGRAPHY, LLC any and all rights in such images.

BRUCE TURNER PHOTOGRAPHY, LLC retains the right to use any such images in our blog, portfolio as well as marketing materials and any other use that we deem suitable. If photos are loaded on social networking sites (e.g.:Facebook) or the Internet, please credit BRUCE TURNER PHOTOGRAPHY  as the photographer. All images go through a basic editing process to conform to a certain level of quality and style (i.e. we enhance saturation, sharpness and contrast) as required and some images are converted to black & white or sepia as well as some creative editing. For this reason, we do not give clients any unedited images. Any complex editing like airbrushing, removing spots, stretch marks, etc... is charged extra at $500 per hour. Delivery is not included. Quotes are valid for 30 days only. Due to the creative process of enhancing your photos, we need 10-15 working days to digitally edit and creatively enhance your photos n most instances. Additional surcharges may apply if we are able to accommodate requests for quicker delivery.
